The NSW Department of Corrective Services Band currently has vacancies for clarinet and saxophone players or people that can double on both. The band rehearses most Tuesday evenings at Long Bay Correctional Complex. In addition to the concert band there are other small ensembles such as saxophone quartet, wind quintet and big band. The band performs at a variety of functions including concerts and parades.
Attractive rates of pat apply including casual loading, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday penalty rates apply plus 9% superannuation.
