Another question guys

what size mouthpiece do you use? And why?

I use a 3C, and find its a good allrounder - up and and below the stave (not that we go there much!! lol)

I use a Faxx 3C good alround MP.

Tried the Kelly.

Wasnt an immediate fan. Kept mispitching all over the place, so i went back to my bach.

To be fair, i only used it for one song. I will give it another try another night to see if it works a bit better for me!

For what it's worth, Ive tried the two different styles types of Kelly horn mp's and couldn't get used to them at all. I leave one in each car in case I stupidly forget my horn mouthpice on a gig.
I still dabble with cornet at times, starting on cornet years ago before seeing the light and going to horn and I have always preffered the Bach 7C which is the regular standbye I suppose.

1C trumpet mouthpiece? I can see how it will be easier to go screaming up high, but what about down low?
