Another question guys
what size mouthpiece do you use? And why?
I use a 3C, and find its a good allrounder - up and and below the stave (not that we go there much!! lol) _________________ Trumpet and Guy with the Cheque Book!

Tried the Kelly.
Wasnt an immediate fan. Kept mispitching all over the place, so i went back to my bach.
To be fair, i only used it for one song. I will give it another try another night to see if it works a bit better for me! _________________ Trumpet and Guy with the Cheque Book!

For what it's worth, Ive tried the two different styles types of Kelly horn mp's and couldn't get used to them at all. I leave one in each car in case I stupidly forget my horn mouthpice on a gig.
I still dabble with cornet at times, starting on cornet years ago before seeing the light and going to horn and I have always preffered the Bach 7C which is the regular standbye I suppose.

1C trumpet mouthpiece? I can see how it will be easier to go screaming up high, but what about down low? _________________ Trumpet and Guy with the Cheque Book!
