Does anyone know where the most recent 'Prescribed March List' is posted or where a copy can be obtained? I can only find a 2007 copy on the NBCA website.
It appears that there were several marches chosen in the concert band divisions this year that weren't listed on the only prescribed march list I can find. Has it been revised recently? It still states in the 2009 Rules and Regulations that the on-stage march must be chosen from the list. Could there have been bands that didn't follow this rule? I'm just curious. Not planning on dobbing anyone in.
